In response to my question immediately arises:

The standard way to eating disorders begins with a thought: "Something in my life is not so, on the difficulties in the relationship problems ... perhaps this is what I'm fat I will become slim - will be happy! It's time to lose weight! "- the first step to the edge of the abyss, which is called the 100+ done.

Start searching for the "right" diet from a variety of wonderful fruits and teas, a separate food, raw food diet and vegetarianism (which, incidentally, is also recognized by the WHO mental disorder), through mono-diet and diet for blood group to the "health food" that every nutritionist treats completely in their own way.

Get the first level of eating disorders - externalities, when people do not understand and are not aware of the needs of the organism, and is guided by another's "expert" opinion. Of course, it is easier to live when someone else knows exactly what you need - I did not, and he is responsible for the result, for the way I live. Life becomes simple and clear: many carbohydrates in the morning, in the evening kislomolochka - and you will have happiness! And what is the result?

Kilograms with varying degrees of success then leave, then come back, because the metabolism is disturbed - fatigue, drowsiness, laziness, lack of alertness.

The body, confused diets, frightened and starts storing up "for a rainy day", lays fat stores everything that gets in your mouth. Body composition changes - gradually muscle tissue, firebox, which previously burned calories, replaced by fat. And energy consumption is much lower than the supply of ...

And when all the emotions boil down to the desire to eat, gradually, life becomes boring, and then the best means to have fun - of course, eat! As a result, the body gets a large number of delicious food and tasty, our body thinks sweet and fatty foods, high-calorie - evolutionarily it happened! We get excess calories at a time when they are not at all needs.

This leads to frightening rapid weight gain, and when the weight is increasing - what thought comes first? Correct diet and it comes back to the beginning of the article - a violation of the metabolic processes and disappointment.

The trap begins to slam - the circle closes: there can not, can not eat!

I sit on a diet - suffer tearing, gorge gain weight!

This is a restrictive eating disorders - compulsive overeating, from which develops bulimia, binge eating, vomiting and other unpleasant diagnosis, after which finally comes to an understanding of his own helplessness in dealing with their own attitude toward food and the obvious need referral to a specialist .

My work on the adjustment of eating disorders is based on such simple matters for which is not so easy is to find the exact answer to my patients:

  • How do you feel?
  • What do you want?
  • What are you going to take in this regard?

The first and key step in our work - to separate the "flies from cutlets", "pull out" of plates emotions and thoughts. This means to teach a person to feel his hunger - to feel the body's need for nutrients, and not to be confused with other needs. Helping someone out of my head all the ideas about "health and nutrition" and learn to focus on the body's needs! But then you must deal with the fact that it was unnecessary on the plate, so that we pulled out - the stress, emotions, feelings.

And the cherry on the cake treatment will return attribution of life, the possibility to recognize and directly meet and solve their problems in life: to solve the difficulty at work, to sort things out - to build their happy life!

And then comes the understanding - slim, because happy!

My advice - do not look for happiness in the plate, it's not there!

Do not try to solve problems in life through diet or food, "flies separately, cutlets separately!"

Learn to understand yourself and your body: I ​​feel? What do I want? what I would do about it?
