What is happiness?
One man has a lot of money and says he is perfectly happy. But it seems to me that it is not entirely honest. He can not be happy only because he has a lot of money. "The rich also cry" ... I'm sure that this expression did not emerge from nowhere. It is under the soil. Yes, rich people can afford more. Of course, good to improve and facilitate human life. But in order for a person to be truly happy, it is necessary that the wealth was accompanied by a no less important "details" such as health, love, family, mutual understanding in the family, success in business and so on.
Some people just buy a jar of caviar and feel happy. And someone will go on the weekend to go fishing and be happy. A small child sees his mother, pressed against it and there will be happy! It is a small, momentary happiness. That is the happiness that helps to cope with the problems of man, to forget about the pain, and even about the mountain.
It is difficult to say that one person is happy and the other not. We all blacksmiths of his happiness. Today we are happy feelings, and tomorrow something overshadow our lives. It is very important how we relate to life and its surprises. I have a friend who is constantly dissatisfied with all and sundry. So, whatever happened to the good of her life, she will always find something to complain about. It would seem that happy moment - the birth of a son! Rejoice, admire her baby! So no, she cried for half a day due to the fact that her husband was on a business trip. Instead of enjoying her happiness, she complained of all its "female share." Son grew up, mischievous, smart lad ... but would be happy to live.
For some, this immense happiness - they have children. She always complained of the fate that gave birth early, not to enjoy life fully. In my understanding - it is a happy woman. She has a wonderful husband, a good income in the family is healthy and intelligent child. What else should a normal person to a happy life? She is not enough. She is constantly in their negative thoughts. To not penetrate this negativity, I had to limit our communication.
What is happiness ? There are several interpretations of what it is. I prefer the theory that happiness is possible only when a person everything is fine both externally and internally. External (apparent happiness, to a greater extent material goods) can not survive for long without a moral being. If the soul of man "thought to myself," that he is not happy, then at least the scree his gold, he will be so - miserable. But if a person feels happy, and then eating the last crust of bread, he will be happy. In my understanding, happiness can not be one-sided. That is not to say "I'm happy, because great kids grow in me." It is important that these same kids were healthy, lucky, loved. That at the same time long as all parents. So you can dress and feed his family and that at any moment could come to the aid of their parents. That's just in such a situation, a person really happy when all he GOOD!
I believe that the phrase "happiness has turned away" is the place to be, but just enough short period in the life of every human being. I'd like a person to feel happy always. But, unfortunately, I can not do it sensible person. Much depends on the person, on his attitudes. Happiness is in our hands. Except for a few moments in life that we have to overcome in order to once again become happy.
